1. Service overview
   Fortune K provides tarot, fortune, saju, horoscope, dream, number, MBTI, palm photo upload, face photo upload, talisman wallpaper, teller consultation, chat/call booking, points, membership, and related digital content services.

Fortune K readings and consultations are for entertainment, self-reflection, and reference only. They are not scientific proof, professional advice, or a guarantee of fate, future events, results, relationships, health, finance, law, immigration, tax, investment, employment, or any other important outcome.

2. User responsibility
   Users are responsible for decisions made after using Fortune K. For medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, immigration, safety, or other professional matters, users should consult qualified professionals.
3. Accounts and eligibility
   Users may sign in with supported login methods. Users must provide accurate account information and must not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal conduct, abuse, or attempts to bypass payment or safety rules.
4. Paid points, memberships, and digital content
   Paid points, memberships, premium readings, hidden sections, digital wallpapers, live teller bookings, chat/call consultations, and support/tips are digital services. Prices, point values, bonuses, discounts, and benefits may change according to product, platform, payment, tax, legal, and operational conditions.

Completed digital content, delivered readings, completed consultations, and voluntary support/tips may be non-refundable except where required by law, app store rules, payment provider rules, duplicate charge review, verified platform failure, or service failure review.

5. Live teller consultation rules
   Tellers and users must not move payment or contact outside Fortune K. Tellers must not request private bank transfers, QR payments outside the app, passwords, verification codes, bank details, identity documents, external messenger contact, phone numbers, or off-platform meetings. Users should report any such request to support.
6. User uploads and AI-assisted content
   Palm and face reading features may use user-uploaded photos. Uploaded photos are used to provide the requested reading and related service functions. Users should upload only images they have the right to use. Fortune K may use AI-assisted systems and human-created service logic to generate readings, summaries, support text, and quality checks.
7. Privacy Policy
   Fortune K processes account, login, profile, payment, point, membership, reading, consultation, chat/call, upload, device, language, support, error log, security, and usage data as needed to provide the service, personalize readings, process payments, manage refunds, prevent abuse, handle disputes, improve quality, comply with law, and maintain service security.

Data may be processed through service providers for hosting, analytics, crash/error reporting, authentication, payment handling, cloud storage, push notifications, email/support communication, translation, speech-to-text, AI generation, and operational monitoring.

8. Data sharing
   Fortune K does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, or respond to valid legal or platform requests.
9. Data retention
   Account and app data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, user support, legal compliance, payment settlement, accounting/tax duties, dispute handling, refund review, fraud prevention, safety, and security. Some records may be retained after account deletion where required by law, app market rules, payment providers, or legitimate business/security obligations.
10. Account deletion
    Users can request deletion of their Fortune K account and related app data through the app profile page or through the public account deletion page:

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only when required for legal, payment, dispute, security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons.

11. Changes to these terms
    Rizz Entertainment may update these Terms and Policy when service, legal, platform, payment, or operational conditions change. Continued use of Fortune K after an update means the user accepts the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

유료 포인트, 멤버십, 프리미엄 리딩, 숨겨진 섹션, 디지털 월페이퍼, 실시간 점술가 예약, 채팅/통화 상담, 응원/팁은 디지털 서비스입니다. 제공 완료된 디지털 콘텐츠, 완료된 상담, 자발적 응원/팁은 법령, 앱마켓 규칙, 결제사 규칙, 중복 결제, 확인된 플랫폼 오류 또는 서비스 실패 검토가 필요한 경우를 제외하고 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

점술가와 사용자는 Fortune K 외부로 결제나 연락을 유도해서는 안 됩니다. 점술가는 외부 계좌이체, 앱 외부 QR 결제, 비밀번호, 인증번호, 은행 정보, 신분증, 외부 메신저 연락처, 전화번호, 오프라인 만남을 요구해서는 안 됩니다. 이러한 요청을 받으면 지원 이메일로 신고해 주세요.

Fortune K는 서비스 제공, 개인화, 결제 처리, 환불 검토, 부정 사용 방지, 분쟁 처리, 품질 개선, 법적 의무 준수, 보안 유지를 위해 계정, 로그인, 프로필, 결제, 포인트, 멤버십, 리딩, 상담, 채팅/통화, 업로드, 기기, 언어, 고객지원, 오류 로그, 보안 및 사용 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

Fortune K는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영, 결제, 보안, 부정 사용 방지, 법적 의무, 플랫폼 요청 대응에 필요한 범위에서만 관련 서비스 제공업체와 데이터가 처리될 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴 및 계정 관련 데이터 삭제 요청은 앱 프로필 화면 또는 아래 공개 페이지에서 할 수 있습니다.
